We simply perform some analysis on your bills and let you know how much you could be saving with the rates we offer you. These rates will come from a variety of suppliers as we are not solely affiliated with any one supplier. We will then handle switching you over to your chosen supplier and rate. We may also discuss a change of tariff with you, if we believe it would benefit your business.

The service is completely free. Focused Hub generates revenue through the small commission we make on each of our clients’ usages.

How long does the service take?

Accepted Answer

The length of time required to move your business to the best rate available depends on your tariff. However, we try to complete your analysis within 48 hours and once an energy rate has been agreed, you must only wait for the end of you termination period (approx. one month) with your previous supplier before you can benefit from your new energy rate! It may take longer if you are in debt with your current supplier, as you may not change supplier while money is still owed.

Does it matter if I don’t use much electricity?

Not at all! We are happy to work with businesses of any size. We hope that in time, the money you save on electricity will help your business grow.

What else is included in the service?

Focused Hub will continue to provide advice to your business and attempt to solve any related issues you may face throughout your time with us. We also make sure to bring you some new rates towards the end of your contract, to ensure your business doesn’t revert to default electricity rates.
